CM Mamta Banerjee arrived in Siliguri

SILIGURI: CM Mamta Banerjee arrived In Siliguri today. A huge crowd gathered at the Bagdogra Airport to welcome her. The Kami, Limbu and Khawas communities were among the various communities present at the airport to welcome the CM.

Mamta Banerjee has come for a four days stay at the Darjeeling Hills. On 22nd January i.e tomorrow, she will inaugurate the UttarBanga Utsav at the football ground of Goethals Memorial School in Kurseong. At the ceremony, many eminent personalities from seven different districts of West Bengal will be awarded Bengalratna at the hands of the CM. Some under-privileged children who have proved themselves as great achievers will also be facilitated by her. Many new development plans will be announced on the occasion. 

Siliguri District Hospital’s new extension of the Blood Bank is likely to be inaugurated during the UttarBanga Utsav’s inaugural function.
